Extraordinary General Assembly of North Drilling Company, in order to increase capital, was held on 6/3/2021 by Roka Online Assembly System. Attendees at this extraordinary forum include: Iranian Health Insurance, Saba Tamin Investment, Armed Forces Pension Fund, and Iran’s leading financial and investment company. The members of the Board of Directors were also elected based on the ready-to-vote voting in the General Assembly session. At this extraordinary meeting, the capital increase was agreed upon and the schedule for registering the capital increase was announced.
